This policy applies to all customers, contracted cleaning professionals, and users of Cleansy’s services within the State of Florida.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information necessary to provide cleaning services, communicate with clients and contracted cleaners, and operate our business efficiently.

Information You Provide to Us

We may collect the following:

•       Full name

•       Email address

•       Phone number (mobile number for SMS communications)

•       Property address

•       Entry instructions or access codes (excluding lockbox ownership details)

•       Payment information (stored securely via our service platform)

•       Messages sent via SMS, email, or booking forms

Information We Collect from Contracted Cleaning Professionals

For independent contractor cleaners (1099) onboarded to perform services on our behalf, we additionally collect:

•       Full legal name

•       Mobile phone number for operational SMS communications

•       Service zone / coverage area

•       Job assignment history, confirmations, and quality-control records

Property Media

We collect before-and-after photos and videos of serviced properties for:

•       Quality control

•       Service verification

•       Dispute resolution

•       Training and operational purposes

2. Payment Information

All payments are processed through Housecall Pro and its integrated payment processors. Cleansy does not store raw credit card numbers directly but may retain payment methods on file through secure, PCI-compliant systems provided by our service platform.

3. Automatically Collected Information

We use tracking and analytics tools that may collect non-personal information, including:

•       Website usage data

•       Browser and device information

•       Interaction with advertisements and marketing campaigns

This data is collected through:

•       Google Analytics

•       Google Ads conversion tracking

•       Meta (Facebook) Pixel

•       Retargeting and advertising technologies

We do not knowingly collect IP addresses for identification purposes.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

•       Schedule and provide cleaning services

•       Process payments and invoices

•       Communicate booking confirmations and service updates

•       Dispatch job assignments and confirmation requests to contracted cleaners

•       Send follow-up messages, review requests, promotions, and discounts

•       Improve our website, services, and customer experience

•       Conduct marketing, analytics, and retargeting campaigns

•       Maintain internal records and documentation

5. SMS, Email & Marketing Communications

By booking services or providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

•       Transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders)

•       Operational messages (service updates, follow-ups)

•       Marketing messages (promotions, discounts, review requests)

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity and service usage. Reply HELPfor help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may also opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions included in messages or by contacting us directly.

6. SMS Communications with Contracted Cleaning Professionals

Cleansy operates a separate operational SMS program for independent contractor cleaners (1099) who perform services on our behalf.

Consent. Cleaners provide express written consent to receive SMS messages from Cleansy as part of their onboarding and contractor agreement. Consent is a condition of receiving job assignments through our dispatch system but is never required to use any consumer-facing product.

Message types. Messages sent under this program are strictly operational and include:

•       New job assignment notifications with property and timing details

•       Confirmation requests (e.g., reply YES or NO to confirm an assignment)

•       Schedule changes, cancellations, and reassignments

•       Quality-control follow-ups and operational reminders

Frequency. Message frequency varies based on assigned jobs, typically 1–10 messages per day per active cleaner.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply, charged by the cleaner’s mobile carrier.

Opt-out and help. Cleaners may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from operational SMS, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS may impact the ability to receive automated job dispatch and may require alternative communication arrangements with Cleansy operations.

No marketing. Cleaners do not receive marketing or promotional SMS through this program.

7. Sharing of Information

We will never disclose any personal information such as phone numbers and SMS consent with any third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile information and SMS consent — for both customers and contracted cleaners — will not be shared with any third party, affiliate, or partner company for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. This restriction also applies to all categories of personal data collected as part of our SMS programs.

We may share your information only as necessary with:

•       Independent contractor cleaners (1099) assigned to your service

•       Virtual assistants and operational managers for scheduling, communication, and quality control

•       Service providers and software platforms required to operate our business (e.g., Housecall Pro, payment processors, analytics platforms, and our SMS delivery provider Twilio, used solely to transmit operational and transactional messages on our behalf)

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

8. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to:

•       Provide services

•       Maintain business records

•       Comply with legal and operational requirements

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Minors & Sensitive Information

Cleansy does not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, including Social Security numbers, government-issued IDs, or health information.

10. Your Privacy Rights (Florida)

Florida residents may request to:

•       Access personal information we hold

•       Correct inaccurate information

•       Request deletion of personal data, subject to legal and operational obligations

12. Non-Sharing Clause

"No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.”
