Terms & Conditions of Service

By booking services with Maidsy LLC DBA Cleansy.co (“Company,” “we,”, "Cleansy", "Cleansy.co", “us”), the client (“Client,” “you”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to Premium Residential Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, and Short-Term Rental (STR/Airbnb) turnover services. Sections relating to the operational SMS program for contracted cleaning professionals also bind those independent contractors who consent to receive such messages from Cleansy.
1. Business Identity Clause
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive messages from Maidsy LLC DBA Cleansy.co ., a cleaning service provider offering domestic, commercial, and specialist cleaning services. Messages may include service updates, quote requests, appointment confirmations, reminders, customer support, promotional offers, and follow-ups related to cleaning services.
Cleansy helps customers get quotes from vetted local cleaners and provides cleaning solutions for homes, offices, commercial spaces, and other cleaning needs.
2. Booking, Deposits & Payment Authorization
2.1 A non-refundable deposit equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total service cost is required at the time of booking to reserve labor, scheduling, and operational resources.
2.2 The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service on the same day.
2.3 By submitting payment information, the Client authorizes Cleansy to charge the card or payment method on file for all approved services, pricing adjustments, fees, and applicable charges.
2.4 Deposits are compensation for reserved time and labor, not a prepayment for completed services, and are therefore strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
2.5 Failure to remit final payment may result in additional fees, suspension of service, collection efforts, or legal action for non-payment.
3. Rescheduling, Cancellations, Access & No-Shows
3.1 Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional cost if the request is made at least twenty-four (24) hoursbefore the scheduled service.
3.2 Same-day rescheduling requests are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee, payable prior to confirmation of the new appointment.
3.3 All cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit.
3.4 Failure to provide timely access to the property—including incorrect entry codes, locked doors, occupied units, restrained pets, or restricted access—will be treated as a completed appointment, resulting in loss of the deposit and possible additional trip or labor fees.
4. Pricing Accuracy, Scope & Service Adjustments
4.1 All pricing is based on information provided by the Client at the time of booking.
4.2 Pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ, including but not limited to:
• Additional bedrooms, bathrooms, or service areas
• Larger square footage than disclosed
• Excessive dirt, neglect, hoarding, biohazards, or unsafe conditions
• STR turnovers requiring extended labor or reset time
4.3 Any pricing adjustments will be communicated prior to completion. Payment of the adjusted amount is required before the job is closed.
4.4 Scope of Service Clarification: All cleaning services are cosmetic in nature. Cleansy does not provide restoration, remediation, construction cleanup, mold removal, biohazard cleanup, or guarantee the removal of permanent stains, odors, or damage caused by wear, neglect, or prior occupancy.
5. Deep Cleaning & Move-In / Move-Out Services
5.1 Deep Cleaning Disclaimer: Deep cleaning services involve extended labor and detailed attention but are not unlimited in scope. Services such as interior appliances, heavy furniture movement, wall washing, high-reach areas, or ladder work may incur additional charges unless explicitly included at booking.
5.2 Move-In / Move-Out Disclaimer: Move-in and move-out cleanings do not guarantee landlord, property manager, real-estate, or security-deposit approval. Final acceptance of cleanliness is solely at the discretion of third parties.
6. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
6.1 Cleansy reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, hazardous, abusive, or materially different from those disclosed at booking.
6.2 In such cases, the deposit remains non-refundable, and additional charges may apply for time, labor, or materials already expended.
7. Damage, Liability & Claims
7.1 Cleansy is not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, improper installation, fragile items, or items not disclosed prior to service.
7.2 Any claims of damage must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion and supported by clear photographic evidence.
7.3 Cleansy’s maximum liability, if any, is strictly limited to the cost of the service performed.
7.4 Under no circumstances shall Cleansy be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Photo Documentation & Evidence
8.1 The Client authorizes Cleansy to capture before-and-after photos or videos for quality assurance, documentation, and dispute resolution.
8.2 Media may be securely stored and used to defend against chargebacks, disputes, or false claims.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
9.1 Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Cleansy constitutes a breach of these Terms.
9.2 By agreeing to these Terms, the Client waives the right to initiate chargebacks for authorized services, deposits, rescheduling fees, or approved pricing adjustments.
9.3 Cleansy may submit all documentation, timestamps, photos, and digital consent records to the payment processor as evidence.
10. Digital Agreement & Consent
10.1 Acceptance of these Terms may occur electronically through online booking, required checkbox acknowledgment, invoice approval, or payment submission.
10.2 Electronic consent is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By booking services, submitting payment, or authorizing work, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
13. SMS Communications & Consent (Customers)
13.1 SMS Consent Communication
Phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party, affiliate, or partner company for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. This restriction also applies to all categories of personal data collected as part of our SMS programs.
13.2 Types of SMS Communications
If you have consented to receive SMS messages from Cleansy, you may receive text messages related to:
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Follow-up messages regarding services
• Billing or payment-related inquiries
• Promotions or special offers (if applicable)
Example message: “Hello, this is a reminder of your upcoming Cleansy appointment on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time.”
13.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on service activity. You may receive up to five (5) SMS messages per weekrelated to appointments, account status, or service updates.
13.4 Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Fees may vary for domestic or international messages.
13.5 Opt-In Methods
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Cleansy by:
• Providing verbal consent during a conversation
• Submitting an online booking or contact form
• Checking an SMS consent box where presented
13.6 Opt-Out Method
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message. You may also contact Cleansy directly to request removal from SMS communications.

14. SMS Communications with Contracted Cleaning Professionals
Cleansy operates a separate operational SMS program for independent contractor cleaners (1099) who perform services on our behalf. The following terms govern that program and apply in addition to any provisions in the cleaner’s independent contractor agreement.
14.1 Express Written Consent
Each contracted cleaner provides express written consent to receive operational SMS messages from Cleansy as part of their onboarding documentation and contractor agreement. Consent to operational SMS is a condition of receiving automated job dispatch through our system but is never required for any consumer-facing product or service.
14.2 Types of Messages
Messages sent to contracted cleaners under this program are strictly operational and non-promotional, and may include:
• New job assignment notifications, including property address, scheduled time, and service details
• Confirmation requests requiring a YES or NO reply to accept or decline an assignment
• Schedule changes, cancellations, and reassignment notices
• Quality-control follow-ups and operational reminders
• Escalation alerts when a confirmation is missed or declined
Example message: “Cleansy: New job 11/05 at 11:00 AM — 123 Main St. Reply YES to confirm or NO to decline. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.”
14.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on assigned jobs and operational activity, typically 1–10 messages per day per active cleaner.
14.4 Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply, charged by the cleaner’s mobile carrier. Cleansy is not responsible for any charges incurred from a cleaner’s mobile plan.
14.5 Opt-Out and Help
Contracted cleaners may reply “STOP” at any time to unsubscribe from operational SMS, or “HELP” for assistance. Opting out may impact the cleaner’s ability to receive automated job dispatch and may require alternative communication arrangements with Cleansy operations. 14.6 No Marketing
Contracted cleaners do not receive marketing or promotional SMS through this program. Messages are limited to operational, transactional, and account-related communications.
14.7 No Third-Party Sharing
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected from contracted cleaners will not be shared with any third party, affiliate, or partner company for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. This restriction also applies to all categories of personal data collected as part of the cleaner SMS program.
14.8 SMS Service Provider
Cleansy uses Twilio as its licensed SMS delivery provider to transmit operational and transactional messages on Cleansy’s behalf. Twilio acts solely as a message-transmission processor and is not authorized to use cleaner contact information for any other purpose.
15. Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1(321) 999-8973. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at contact@cleansy.co .
16. Carrier Liability Clause
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
17. Message Frequency Clause
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 5 messeges. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
